    In a crowded market space, the goal was clear: Build an identity for Lumina that does more than just differentiate. It should echo the brand’s core values, resonating with an audience that seeks authentic beauty solutions.

    While numerous brands peddled “beauty serums,” our in-depth analysis revealed a significant segment desiring authenticity over mere allure. These women, discerning and informed, became our focal point.
  • Brand Strategy:
    Positioning Lumina was strategic. Instead of trying to fit in, we aimed to stand out by:
  • Emphasizing the handcrafted nature of Lumina products.
  • Showcasing the expertise of the all-women team.
  • Promoting the pristine natural ingredients that define each product.
  • Design Process:
  • Logo:
    Lumina’s primary logo, drawing inspiration from ‘light’ and the fluidity of serum, elegantly employs a modified Didot typeface, striking a balance between grace and modernity. The accompanying oval logo mark speaks of continuous luminosity and flow.
  • Typography:
    Using Didot and GFS Didot Regular, we opted for fonts that complement the brand’s leanings towards classic elegance while ensuring adaptability across platforms.
  • Color Palette:
  • Olive Green (#424530 – Primary): Represents the brand’s connection to nature and its rooted authenticity.
  • Cream (#ffefcd – Secondary): Echoes the soft, natural purity intrinsic to Lumina’s products.
  • Warm Taupe (#a58e74 – Accent): Reflects the subtle nuances and richness of natural beauty.
  • Vibrant Orange (#e09132 – Accent): Symbolizes the brand’s energy and zest for genuine skincare.
